Resiliency for Law Enforcement & Why It Matters

The Georgia POST Resiliency Program is designed to teach Law Enforcement officers to become aware of stressors, respond positively, and grow in the face of adversity.

Most law enforcement training is designed to teach individual officers how to do their jobs effectively. Resiliency training focuses on the well-being of the officer. The Resiliency Program training and tools provide each officer with:
